Role Overview

Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Chennai Thoraipakkam
Experience Required: Typically 6 months 2 years in IT contract staffing or full time recruitment.
Employment Type: Full-time
Added Advantage: Strong emphasis on contract staffing is an added advantage.

Experience only in IT Recruitment.

Exposure to C2H or Permanent Hiring

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening
Identify and source candidates for specialized IT roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial evaluation.
Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand client staffing requirements.
Align recruitment strategies with business needs and project timelines.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on boarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
