Role Purpose(s)

Your primary mission is to support the local talent acquisition activity. This role focuses end-to-end talent acquisition activity across the local business units.


Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Engage internal Division/Department to understand resource requirements and to forecast short and long terms resource needs.
  • Engage external partners (e.g. best partners, technology partners) for resources with specialized skillsets.
  • Support IT manpower outsourcing business driven by RHQ.
  • Assess suitability and finalizing selection of candidates for deployment.
  • Execute the recourse acquisition plan through various sourcing techniques and channels.
  • Develop sourcing solutions and partners that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
  • Continual assessment of the quality-of-service delivery of candidates deployed.
  • Appraise, Coach and Counsel staff in collaboration with related internal Division/Department.
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal Division/Department.
  • Pro-actively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years Technical Recruitment.
  • Proven track record in appreciating and resolving IT manpower supply challenges (from recruitment to training and development) in a systems development organization.
  • A candidate with IT technical background will be a plus.
  • Experience with managing external IT manpower sourcing vendors is an advantage.
  • Highly driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with strong business acumen.
  • Good negotiator and problem solver.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak Kannada would be an added advantage to be able to liaise with local stakeholders
