Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Senior Recruiter (US Hiring)

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 7pm to 4am IST

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fit, interest, and availability
• Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the process
• Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATS
• Build and manage pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience focused on hiring U.S.-based candidates
• Strong track record in sourcing and engaging passive talent
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with U.S. market hiring practices and candidate expectations
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
