The Opportunity

We're seeking dynamic Technical Recruiters to join our growing team. This role offers an entrepreneurial environment where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for some of the most exciting technology companies in the market.

What You'll Do

• Own the complete talent acquisition lifecycle: source candidates, screen profiles, schedule interviews, coordinate follow-ups, and drive placements from start to finish
• Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and organizational culture
• Independently manage recruitment for high-profile clients across startups, internet companies, product development firms, and consulting organizations
• Source top-tier technical talent through innovative recruiting strategies and multiple channels
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities
• Act as a trusted career advisor to candidates, helping them find the right role for their growth
• Continuously improve recruitment processes through creative problem-solving and process innovation
• Deliver exceptional, high-touch experiences to both candidates and hiring managers
• Work with urgency and strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities
