Job Title: Technical Recruiter C2H Staffing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter specializing in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring for retail technology and software product-based clients , managing end-to-end recruitment processes for contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H positions across retail and software product domains.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified contract resources.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding for contract hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver timely closures.
• Maintain compliance and documentation for all contract staffing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in C2H technical recruitment (mandatory).
• Proven experience hiring for retail technology and software product-based roles .
• Strong knowledge of IT skill sets (Java, Python, React, REST API, etc.).
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
