Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Understand IT job requirements shared by the hiring manager.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracker sheets.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
