Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening IT candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate databases and follow-ups
- Understanding client requirements and matching suitable profiles
Requirements:
- Any graduate (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of IT roles is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
