Job Description: Recruiter ServiceNow Hiring Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Candidate Manager with hands-on experience in hiring ServiceNow developers and related IT skill sets. This role requires someone who understands niche technology hiring, works in a fast-paced environment, and can collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for ServiceNow developer, ServiceNow admin, and associated IT roles.
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels including job portals, internal databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidate profiles and evaluate technical skill fitment, especially for ServiceNow development modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for immediate and upcoming requirements.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
• Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Support offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in hiring ServiceNow developers or other niche IT skill sets.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring, job market dynamics, and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to screen candidates for technical suitability and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced staffing/consulting environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms.
