Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience recruiting for the US market, specifically for non-IT roles across multiple industries.
You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring positions
- Utilize social media platforms, networking, and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates
Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Applicant Tracking & Pipeline Management
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
- Track recruitment metrics such as submission ratios and response rates
Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist with offer negotiation and candidate communication
- Support candidates through the pre-onboarding and onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 24 years of experience recruiting for US Non-IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Knowledge Requirements
- Familiarity with US employment terms and tax classifications (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Finance roles
- Background in high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
