About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience recruiting for the US market, specifically for non-IT roles across multiple industries.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality talent efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring positions
  • Utilize social media platforms, networking, and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates


Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers


Applicant Tracking & Pipeline Management

  • Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Track recruitment metrics such as submission ratios and response rates


Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress


Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with offer negotiation and candidate communication
  • Support candidates through the pre-onboarding and onboarding process


Required Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience recruiting for US Non-IT roles
  • Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously


Knowledge Requirements

  • Familiarity with US employment terms and tax classifications (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices


Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Finance roles
  • Background in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
