Role Overview

As an IT Recruiter at Ajiledone Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for SAP professionals across multiple projects and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding

Partner closely with hiring managers and project stakeholders to understand technical and functional SAP requirements

Source and hire talent for:

SAP ABAP, SAP FIORI, SAP SYNITI

SAP S/4HANA

SAP Functional Modules: MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, etc.

SAP Technical Roles: Basis, BW, BTP, Security

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor networks, and internal databases to build strong pipelines

Screen profiles for technical depth, project exposure, domain expertise, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups

Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and joining formalities

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, TAT, and closure metrics

Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes and compliance standards

Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pool for current and future needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in IT recruitment with strong SAP focus

In-depth understanding of:

SAP ABAP, FIORI, SYNITI (Data Migration / Data Management)

SAP S/4HANA

SAP Functional & Technical modules

Solid knowledge of SAP project lifecycles and skill mapping

Hands-on experience with ATS tools and major job portals

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines

Experience in lateral hiring, contract staffing, and niche SAP roles
