Jd:

Bachelors or equivalent experience, Masters in HR/OD or MBA is a plus.

8+ years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment is required.
Creating opportunities to influence external Product Engineering talent for long-range hiring goals.
Influencing hiring decisions based on recruiting expertise and shared business goals.
Provide hiring insights through metrics and analysis reporting to business and TA leaders.
Develop and drive recruiting strategy for product engineering across business units. Develop and drive an assessment strategy with each hiring manager.
Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader & HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Understanding business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent.
Collaborate, partner across teams and mentor junior recruiters.
