We are hiring for Technical Recruiter
Jd:
Bachelors or equivalent experience, Masters in HR/OD or MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment is required.
- Creating opportunities to influence external Product Engineering talent for long-range hiring goals.
- Influencing hiring decisions based on recruiting expertise and shared business goals.
- Provide hiring insights through metrics and analysis reporting to business and TA leaders.
- Develop and drive recruiting strategy for product engineering across business units. Develop and drive an assessment strategy with each hiring manager.
- Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader & HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages.
- Understanding business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent.
- Collaborate, partner across teams and mentor junior recruiters.
