Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Permanent and W2 roles only (No C2C). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with direct clients, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successful placements. We are seeking someone who is stable in their career (no frequent job changes) and is committed to growing with the company for at least 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT Permanent and W2 roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and internal database.
- Screen, qualify, and submit candidates matching client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain proper ATS documentation and submission records.
- Meet weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong experience working on Permanent and W2 roles (No C2C experience required).
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster.
- Strong database and proven placement track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099 basics).
- Stable work history (no job hoppers).
