Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and technical skill expectations from hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate database and ATS updates
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, and pipeline status
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA HR (Preferred but not mandatory)
