Technical Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage end-to-end proposal responses for US SLED and Commercial agency RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, compliant submissions for IT solutions and staffing requirements
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and deep technical knowledge in Application Development, Web/CMS platforms, and Quality Assurance methodologies to critically review RFP requirements, architect solution approaches, and drive proposal developmentensuring responses demonstrate comprehensive understanding of SDLC, modern frameworks, testing strategies, and delivery best practices. Knowledge of Core Java, Asp.Net, SharePoint, React/Angular/Vue, Drupal, WordPress, Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus.
• Analyze solicitation documents to develop comprehensive response outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal trackers while identifying evaluation criteria, requirements, and potential win themes
• Develop technically accurate content by researching, writing, and editing proposal sections including technical approaches, management methodologies, past performance narratives, and solution architectures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, delivery teams, pricing analysts, and business development to gather information, validate technical accuracy, and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Maintain and enhance proposal knowledge repositories including boilerplate content, past performance databases, technical write-ups, reference materials, and lessons learned from win-loss analyses
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of proposal documents to ensure zero grammatical/spelling errors (US English), compliance with RFP requirements, formatting consistency, and adherence to organizational standards
• Support competitive differentiation by identifying value propositions, analyzing competitor positioning, and developing compelling narratives that highlight organizational strengths and technical capabilities

Required Experience: 3 - 5 years in technical proposal writing for US SLED and commercial market with deep understanding of government procurement processes and IT solutions/staffing domains

Education:

UG: B.Tech/MCA/Any Graduate with IT as specialization.
