Technical Project Manager - Expert (Data & AI)

Responsibilities

1. Manage Customer Project Delivery
2. Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
3. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
4. High/ Very High Risk
5. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues
6. Manages Project Financials
7. Meets or Exceeds approved budgets
8. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management
9. Manages Client Relationships
10. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (C Level) client management
11. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers
12. Manages Project Team
13. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
14. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
15. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
16. Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development

Education & Experience Required

• First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred
• 15+ years experience in project management role a must
• PMP Certified (Must)
• Agile Scrum Certified (CSM) (Must)
• Create waterfall project (PMP, PRINCE2);PM waterfall Tools (Microsoft Project);Agile - Scrum Framework; Agile Development; Agile/Scrum Methodologies, should have worked in Data Analytics and AI.

Knowledge & Skills

• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
• Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
• Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations
• Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations
• Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies
• Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community

Complexity

• Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment
• Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise
• Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects
• Projects may be global
• Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
