Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-driven programs within the payments domain, working closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams. This role ensures timely, high-quality delivery by driving planning, execution, risk management, and adherence to technical, security, and compliance standards. The incumbent will align technical solutions with business objectives while mentoring teams and managing senior stakeholders.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams

Drive planning, estimation, execution, and governance to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams while ensuring compliance with technical and security standards

Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations using clear metrics and reporting

Mentor teams, resolve delivery challenges proactively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

Must Haves

Strong understanding of SDLC with hands-on experience in development, QA, automation, performance testing, or business analysis

Solid knowledge of modern tech stacks including databases, REST APIs, microservices, and messaging systems

Experience with performance engineering, scalability, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models with payments domain exposure

Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory standards, with ability to review designs and code quality.

Nice to haves

Experience with AWS/Azure, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Hands-on with MQ, MongoDB, Kafka, and distributed systems

Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
