Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects across multiple technology domains. The role requires strong leadership, delivery excellence, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary delivery contact, managing stakeholders, communication, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture).
• Drive best practices in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and software engineering.
• Manage delivery metrics, KPIs, resource utilization, and project financials.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal efforts as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of IT delivery experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in IT services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred.
