This is an on-site contract role based in Coimbatore for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects from initiation to completion, organizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery meets quality, scope, and stakeholder requirements. Daily tasks include tracking progress, providing status updates, identifying and mitigating risks, leading project team meetings, and serving as a key communication link between stakeholders and team members.
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills for effectively overseeing multiple, complex projects.
- Proven Team Leadership and the ability to manage and empower diverse team members to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills for clear stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
