Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead andmanage software development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate willhave a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-onexperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end technology projects.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Track project progress and manage risks and dependencies.

Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.

Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.

Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

35 years of experience in project management in a tech company.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Knowledge of web/mobile applications, APIs, and databases.

Familiarity with fintech systems and security frameworks.

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills-

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.

Exposure to regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO, RBI).

Experience in fintech or financial services projects.
