Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across RAILs core platform. This role owns delivery cadence, cross-team coordination, and release integrity across engineering, research, and infrastructure.You will be part of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI/ML features, identifying market opportunities.

Work Hours: 11 AM - 4 PM (Core Hours) + Flexible Hours

WhatYoullDo

• Own end-to-end execution of internal platform initiatives from planning to release.
• Translate roadmap items into clear milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate work across engineering, research, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive release readiness across environments.
• Track execution risks, regressions, and bottlenecks.
• Maintainhigh standardsfor documentation and operational hygiene.
