Job Description for Project Manager:

The position is required to provide Project management as part of technical

Support for the IT team. The project manager manages projects related to IT

platform (Development, Deploying) to support business growth, to improve

service to clients, and to improve bank operational efficiency. The position is

required to participate and contribute in all phases planning, requirement, design,

testing and implementation of global scope projects planned

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule

Without compromising quality.

Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support

following SDLC and Agile

Bring the project teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the

project/release.

Communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior

management.

Manage change requests.

Working on regular basis with clients & Team.

Candidate Must:

11+ years of experience as IT Project manager

Proficient in Python, Node.js, React.js, Java, .NET Core, AI/ML applications platforms.

Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Frontend Tech and

Backend Tech Development.

High level technical understanding of reacAngular & Node/microservices.

Good understanding and knowledge of key web app technologies (Web

services and REST APIs)

Strong strategist and planning skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cloud-based application development and cloud

infrastructure

Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding
