Role Summary : As a Junior Technical Project Manager , you'll collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment that fosters knowledge sharing and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
- Project Management Experience : At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing projects, helping to drive the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Assist in Project Ownership : Help manage and supervise each phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution under the guidance of senior team members.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations : Support daily project operations, including updating project statuses and following up on open tasks or actions.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain active, clear, and timely communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to provide updates, follow-ups, and request necessary actions or data.
- Establish Trusting Relationships : Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, technical project managers, project directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Tech Platforms : Experience with platforms like Veeva , Salesforce , or similar is a plus.
- Project Management Tools : Support the team in using JIRA or similar tools for managing project tasks, timelines, and coordination with development and QA teams.
- Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure clear, productive communication and project success.
- Problem-Solving : Help address and resolve project-related challenges and roadblocks to maintain project timelines.
- Evaluate SLAs : Assist in prioritizing and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met according to project deadlines and market demands.
- Monitor and Adjust Project Costs : Support efforts in managing project costs and ensuring they align with the defined scope of work.
- Multitasking and Prioritization : Exhibit strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Self-Direction and Accountability : Take initiative in solving problems and seeking guidance when needed from senior project managers or directors.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills : Build rapport with internal teams, clients, and external partners to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Attention to Detail : Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough approach to work.
- Learning and Growth : Stay open to learning new tools, trends, and best practices while actively seeking out growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in project management .
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA .
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and client-facing teams).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry (not required).
- Familiarity with Veeva , Salesforce , or similar platforms.
- Experience working within an Agile framework or understanding of Agile methodologies .
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) management experience.
- Ability to apply best practices and current industry trends to solve project-related challenges.
