Role Summary : As a Junior Technical Project Manager , you'll collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment that fosters knowledge sharing and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in English for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
• Project Management Experience : At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing projects, helping to drive the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Assist in Project Ownership : Help manage and supervise each phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution under the guidance of senior team members.
• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations : Support daily project operations, including updating project statuses and following up on open tasks or actions.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain active, clear, and timely communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to provide updates, follow-ups, and request necessary actions or data.
• Establish Trusting Relationships : Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, technical project managers, project directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Tech Platforms : Experience with platforms like Veeva , Salesforce , or similar is a plus.
• Project Management Tools : Support the team in using JIRA or similar tools for managing project tasks, timelines, and coordination with development and QA teams.
• Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure clear, productive communication and project success.
• Problem-Solving : Help address and resolve project-related challenges and roadblocks to maintain project timelines.
• Evaluate SLAs : Assist in prioritizing and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met according to project deadlines and market demands.
• Monitor and Adjust Project Costs : Support efforts in managing project costs and ensuring they align with the defined scope of work.
• Multitasking and Prioritization : Exhibit strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
• Self-Direction and Accountability : Take initiative in solving problems and seeking guidance when needed from senior project managers or directors.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills : Build rapport with internal teams, clients, and external partners to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
• Attention to Detail : Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough approach to work.
• Learning and Growth : Stay open to learning new tools, trends, and best practices while actively seeking out growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in project management .
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and client-facing teams).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry (not required).
• Familiarity with Veeva , Salesforce , or similar platforms.
• Experience working within an Agile framework or understanding of Agile methodologies .
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) management experience.
• Ability to apply best practices and current industry trends to solve project-related challenges.
