Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, business, etc.).
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage project risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Manage client communications and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive architecture and design decisions, ensure timely delivery of projects, and work closely with stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and the ability to work from our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and technical leads
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality, performance, and timelines
• Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, scalability, and performance
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve issues
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and engineering practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong technical background
• Solid understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a Chennai office-based environment
• Prior experience in stakeholder or client-facing roles

Good to Have

• Experience working with large-scale or high-availability systems
• Nice to have: Experience in managing Agentic / AIML Projects
• Certification in project management (PMP) etc.
