We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead process optimization and automation efforts within organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Were looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.
Prior development experience is essential, ideally in similar stacks and project types.
You will lead 23 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus.
This role requires both client-facing skills and the ability to create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SET

5+ years of experience in technical project management, process optimization, or automation within data-intensive environments.
Strong understanding of large-scale data workflows, data ingestion, and process optimization.
Experience in implementing process automation tools and methodologies.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across engineering and business units.
Willingness to work full-time from our Gurugram office
