About the Role

Leading and delivering end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring predictable execution, governance, and business outcomes. This role manages AI programs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders, while AI Engineers handle technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End AI Program Delivery
• Own AI project lifecycle from Initiation to Business Adoption
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans for AI initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

• AI Delivery Governance
• Establish AI project governance, steering committees, and cadence.
• Track progress across:
• Data readiness
• Model development
• AI application rollout
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Risk & Dependency Management (AI-Specific)
• Identify risks unique to AI programs:
• Data availability
• Model accuracy expectations
• Change resistance
• Manage cross-functional dependencies (business, IT, AI teams, vendors).
• Budget & Vendor Management
• Manage AI program budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate external vendors, AI partners, and system integrators.
• Ensure contractual milestones and deliverables are met.
• Stakeholder & Change Management
• Communicate AI program status to senior leadership.
• Manage organizational change and adoption planning.
• Support rollout, training coordination, and transition to operations.
• Stage-Gate Governance & Milestone Tracking
• Define and enforce a stage-gate process for AI initiatives (e.g., Ideation, PoC, Pilot, Production).
• Track progress against approved Purchase Orders (POs), milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure gate approvals are completed before progressing to the next stage.
• Provide leadership visibility on stage outcomes, risks, and go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

• PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing AI / ML or analytics programs
• Strong governance, planning, and execution discipline
• Stakeholder and executive communication
• Financial and risk management
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering AI programs in enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models for AI

Certifications (nice-to-have):

• Agile PMP, SAFe, ITIL

Pay range and compensation package

18K -23K AED
