Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise in Flutter, Python, MS SQL, and .NET, along with proven project management experience.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams while ensuring successful delivery of scalable and high-performance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.

Ensure on-time delivery with quality standards.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Report project status to leadership and stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

Oversee mobile application development using Flutter.

Guide backend development using Python and .NET frameworks.

Ensure database architecture, optimization, and management using MS SQL.

Review system architecture for scalability, performance, and security.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD processes.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Coordinate with operations teams to implement technology solutions aligned with supply chain processes.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Flutter mobile app development.

Proficiency in Python (APIs, backend services).

Experience in .NET framework / .NET Core.

Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Project Management Skills

5+ years of experience in technical project management.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

PMP / Scrum certification (preferred).

Preferred Experience

Experience in Agri-tech, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Food-tech platforms.

Exposure to high-transaction consumer applications.

Experience managing distributed development teams.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
