Project Manager

Underwriting Workbench Implementation -- 12+ Years of Exp

• Own end-to-end delivery of the underwriting workbench implementation across multiple client environments.
• Drive project planning, backlog prioritization, milestone tracking, and release governance.
• Manage stakeholder alignment with Product, Engineering, QA, Client SMEs, and Integration teams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, scope deviations, and implementation blockers.
• Ensure compliance with solution architecture, security standards, and the implementation operating model.
• Translate business requirements and solution blueprints into executable plans.
• Lead cross-functional ceremonies including sprint planning, review, and status forums.
• Oversee environment readiness and UAT/go-live activities.
• Maintain reporting dashboards, KPIs, and delivery documentation.
• Prior experience in insurance platforms (Policy Admin, UW, Claims, or B2B integrations) / Technical PM (prior experience in Java) preferred.
• Basically, someone who started in the DEV line (Java) and transitioned to lead/ manager
