Technical Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar for a Technical Project Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to delivery. The role involves ensuring that project goals and timelines are met, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring resource optimization. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will drive collaboration within teams, oversee technical implementation, and ensure projects align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects.
• Excellent Communication and Team Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process optimization, and critical thinking in technical project scenarios.
• Prior experience in technical project management roles, with an understanding of agile methodologies and modern development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
