Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, defining scopes, goals, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with Software Engineers and Testing Team members on tech design and implementation.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and US-based stakeholders, providing regular status reports on milestones and risks.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical risks, and project dependencies, developing contingency plans.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage project costs, oversee resource allocation, and evaluate hardware/software options.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and work experience on Microsoft based projects like Power Bi, etc.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
Education: B Tech / BE Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience: 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in a technical project management role, ideally managing US clients or offshore-onshore teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Excellent Communication skills (must)
