Job Description
Position- Technical Project Manager
Experience- 10 to 15 Years
Location- Pune (Hybrid)
Education: Strong educational background in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
Tools & Technologies:
- Proficiency in Agile process management and reporting tools (Jira, Microsoft Project Plan, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- Preferred domain Experience- EdTech/ eLearning
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple fixed-bid and agile projects.
- Ability to manage, collaborate and question the Technical team like Architects, Tech Leads and Developers
- Strong people management and risk mitigation skills.
- Knowledge of quality KPIs and experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and planning.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach with a solid understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and leadership skills to motivate teams.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Jira) for tracking progress.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to guide teams on Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to develop and present business cases via PowerPoint
- Willingness to manage teams across different time zones and attend late-night calls as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing projects and teams to meet expectations w.r.t efficiency and quality
- Experience with Kanban, agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web/mobile/cloud technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile development processes as Scrum Master for multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and organizing work optimally.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework, facilitating key events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Remove obstacles to progress and escalate issues as necessary.
- Help teams define sprint goals and break down work into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog and prioritize user stories.
- Promote effective communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes continuous learning and value delivery.
- Stay updated on Agile methodologies and industry best practices to enhance team efficiency.
