Job Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of QA and Test Automation

projects for enterprise customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and customer focus to ensure on-time and quality delivery while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee QA and test automation projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and communication.
• Work with teams to implement processes and deliver optimized solutions aligned with customer expectations.
• Track and report project metrics, including profitability, quality, and risks.
• Collaborate with technical leads to align deliverables with customer goals and ensure bug-free implementation.
• Use knowledge of QA practices and test automation frameworks to provide guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience managing QA and test automation projects
• Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing practices and tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage resources effectively.
• Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.
• People with fundamental QA (Test Design , Test Optimization)
• Hands on Experience on Automation Testing more than 7 yrs.
• NFT-Has done performance testing
• Handled projects (Service delivery background/Experience)
• Done Test automation Projects
