Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, solid project governance capabilities and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, DevOps, Product and client stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines and deliverables with technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, sprint schedules, resource allocations and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps and Analysts.
• Evaluate technical designs (APIs, integrations, architecture components) to support accurate planning, feasibility checks and risk identification and drive proactive mitigation actions.
• Track project progress using delivery metrics, dashboards and governance reviews.
• Manage project assigned HCs and budget to ensure alignment with SOW commitments.
• Handle change management including scope adjustments, impact analysis, CR documentation, approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee release readiness, UAT coordination, deployment planning and post-release reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 510 years of experience in a technical project management role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret system designs, API workflows, integration dependencies and cloud components.
• Solid foundation in software development, infrastructure or cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with predictable execution.
• Experience in delivery metrics, estimations, dependency tracking and governance reporting.
• Proven experience managing structured change processes and impact assessments.
