We are a fastgrowing custom software and product development company with a small team of 14 passionate resources across backend, frontend, and mobile. We are now entering our next phase of growthand were looking for a leader who can grow with us.

You will work directly with Founder Arun Goyal, collaborating on strategy, execution, and delivery excellence.

What You Will Lead

As our Project & Delivery Manager, you will:

Own Delivery Across All Teams

• Coordinate backend, frontend, and mobile teams
• Ensure sprint discipline, timelines, and quality
• Drive clarity, remove blockers, and maintain momentum

Build Processes for Scale

• Set up delivery frameworks, documentation, and reporting
• Implement best practices for agile, QA, and release management
• Strengthen communication between tech, business, and clients

Partner with the Founder

• Translate vision into actionable execution
• Support product roadmap planning and prioritization
• Play a strategic role in scaling our products and services

Manage People & Performance

• Mentor developers and team leads
• Conduct reviews, feedback cycles, and productivity tracking
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation
