Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science projects. The role involves managing end-to-end AI initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI/ML and data-driven projects from planning to deployment
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Create and manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Follow Agile / Scrum / Hybrid methodologies
• Track project progress, KPIs, and report to senior leadership
• Manage budgets, resources, and external vendors (if applicable)
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, and ethical AI practices
• Drive continuous improvement in AI delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• 3+ years managing AI, ML, or data-driven projects
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle:

Data preparation

Model development

Deployment

Monitoring

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
