Technical Project Manager – ERP Systems (.NET Ecosystem)

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in modern .NET-based enterprise architectures. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-performance ERP applications using clean architectural principles, CQRS, DDD, and optimized data strategies while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project & Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP applications

Define project roadmaps, sprint plans, and release milestones

Align business requirements with scalability, performance, and long-term product vision

Ensure architectural consistency across development streams

Architecture & Solution Governance

Guide implementation of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Oversee CQRS-based workflow design with clear command/query separation

Review technical designs for scalability, maintainability, and security

Promote best practices in stateless services and distributed system design

Application & Technology Oversight

Govern backend API development and service-layer architecture

Supervise modern UI implementations using component-based frameworks

Ensure effective read/write database separation strategies

Drive performance optimization (indexing, caching, query tuning)

Oversee asynchronous and message-based processing patterns

Define horizontal and vertical scaling strategies

DevOps & Release Management

Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline implementation

Ensure smooth promotion across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production

Monitor application health, logging, and performance metrics

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead developers, architects, QA engineers, and analysts

Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery timelines

Required Skills & Expertise:-

Technical Architecture

Strong understanding of modern .NET application architecture

Experience designing scalable, high-availability enterprise systems

Practical experience with CQRS and DDD implementation

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and component-based frontend frameworks

Data & Integration

Database architecture including replication and eventual consistency

Transaction management and concurrency control

Performance tuning and caching strategies

Integration via APIs, events, and message queues

Project Management

Agile/Scrum delivery experience in enterprise environments

Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management

Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub

Experience & Qualifications:-

6+ years in software development or architecture

3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Lead role

Experience delivering ERP or large-scale enterprise systems

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred / Nice to Have:-

Microservices architecture experience

Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

SaaS multi-tenant ERP platforms

Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred
