Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for requirement gathering, evaluating, planning, developing, implementing, and supporting digital applications and solutions, including websites and mobile apps. The role involves coordinating with the associates and third-party application developers for digital integration requirements. Also responsible for coordinating with internal teams, including top management and operations, to ensure smooth functioning of all digital applications. The role will work extensively with Biryani by Kilo and other new brands.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with leadership teams of new brands to understand business requirements.

Design and document solutions to ensure a robust change management process aligned with company policies.

Implement digital solutions to address business challenges and improve efficiency.

Work with partners to troubleshoot, fix defects, and extend functionality of existing websites, retail systems, applications, and mobile apps.

Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver planned initiatives.

Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and changes within the digital landscape.

Coordinate with associates and third-party developers for digital integration requirements.

Execute any software project assigned by the Supervisor.

Define business cases, measurable outcomes, monitor progress, and report status.

Ensure technology costs remain within budget; validate and ensure timely vendor payments.

Design or evaluate landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Deliver any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

Coordinate with internal customers to understand business challenges and identify processes that can be optimized using digital technology.

Work closely with other IT sub-functions to understand, align, and leverage existing capabilities.

Interact and coordinate with authorities and associates such as tech teams of global brands, mall owners, and regulatory authorities to meet integration requirements, wherever applicable.

Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to manage deadlines and responsibilities independently.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/Computer Science Graduate

Experience: 5+ years of recent experience developing in MVC/MVT web frameworks

Preferred experience with Git, Redis, MS SQL, MySQL, TDD, and Linux

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts

Highly organized and methodical with strong attention to detail

Comfortable participating in collaborative discussions

Strong communication, organizational, project, and time-management skills

Desired: Familiarity with basic Agile principles / Scrum methodology
