Technical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
• (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous
• improvement.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlog refinement and
• prioritization.
• Work effectively with development and testing teams to ensure quality-driven
• delivery.
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burnup, etc.).
• Promote best practices in CI/CD, automation testing, and DevOps where applicable.
• Facilitate cross-team dependencies and communication with stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.), if
• applicable.
• Ensure adherence to Agile standards and organizational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 35+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong hands-on experience in software development and testing (manual and/or
• automation).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps,
• Business).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to guide teams in estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in scaled Agile environments.
