Technical Project Manager

A seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong Data / ETL background and experience leading Databricks-driven data engineering programs ? Were looking for a senior professional to lead a high-visibility US client engagement and drive end-to-end delivery with ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Databricks-based development and ETL projects from planning to execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact. Drive Agile project delivery including sprint planning, estimation, risk assessment, and issue resolution. Monitor project health, escalate risks appropriately, and ensure accountability for timelines and quality. Apply lateral thinking to resolve complex challenges and negotiate solutions with the client. Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, flexibility, and solution-oriented delivery. Prepare and present clear project updates, status reports, and insights for client stakeholders. Technical Skills Required Good technical foundation in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and Databricks. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation workflows. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint management, estimation, and risk mitigation. Understanding of data governance, monitoring, and version control best practices. Soft Skills / Client-Facing Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
