Technical Project Manager – AI First Engineering

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who lives and breathes AI-assisted engineering.

At our company, we dont just manage projects we build, architect, and ship solutions fast using modern AI development tools.

If you are someone who uses Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or Codex daily to prototype, architect, debug, and accelerate engineering work, this role will feel natural to you.

We believe the future of engineering is AI-accelerated delivery where solutions are designed in hours instead of days.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex client projects

Work directly with clients to define requirements and architecture

Design system architecture including ERDs, APIs, and integrations

Lead teams building applications using LAMP, Ruby on Rails, or MEAN/MERN stacks

Guide engineering teams using AI-assisted development workflows

Oversee infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CI/CD)

Manage third-party integrations such as Stripe, Twilio, Firebase, and Google APIs

Oversee mobile app releases and manage Apple / Google app store approvals

Run delivery processes using Jira, Agile, and sprint planning

Has 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience

Has 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience

Is comfortable architecting systems and solving technical problems hands-on

Uses AI tools regularly to accelerate development and testing

Understands AWS infrastructure and modern DevOps workflows

Can lead engineering teams while maintaining technical depth

LAMP / Ruby on Rails / MEAN / MERN

AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, SES/SNS)

CI/CD pipelines and Docker (preferred)

Integrations: Stripe, Twilio, Firebase, OAuth/SSO

This is not a traditional project management role.

You will work in an AI-first engineering environment where teams use AI tools to deliver software 3-5x faster without compromising quality.

We are looking for someone who experiments, automates, and constantly pushes engineering productivity forward.
