Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager will lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within an IT Services environment. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prior experience delivering ServiceNow projects is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and successful project closure, including post-implementation reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience , preferably within IT Services organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project , or equivalent platforms.
• Experience working across enterprise technology stacks is required.
• Exposure to CRM or enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Appian, Oracle, or similar technologies is desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
