The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Skills Required : Networking protocols (L2/L3) Development (VLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IGMP, SNMP,TCP/IP,UDP), C / C++ programming, End to end Project/Program Management, SDLC, Project execution, Software development, budgeting, mitigration, project planning, PnL, Margins, Risk Management, PMP, Scrum Master,Stakeholder management, Implementation.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Techno Manager with a strong Networking (L2/L3) and Software Development background to lead multiple projects and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in Networking protocols (L2/L3) Development
• Expertise in C / C++ programming
• Hands-on experience in networking protocol development such as:
• VLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IGMP, SNMP,TCP/IP,UDP
• Prior experience as a developer who has transitioned into project management
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project delivery, quality, risks, and mitigation

Management & Leadership Skills

• Excellent customer and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of P&L, margins, budgeting (preferred)
• Preferably from a services-based organization with similar delivery experience
• PMP / Scrum certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
