Technical Project Manager

Job Objective

Drive post-sales project execution and deployment of technical solutions to ensure on-time delivery, customer delight and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own delivery for small-to-medium technology projects (PO deployment closure).
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation and status reporting (JIRA/MS Project/Excel).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Electronics, Quality, Service, Operations) to meet milestones and resolve dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder communication: weekly updates, customer review/Kick-off/FAT coordination.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks; drive corrective actions for schedule/cost variances.
• Control project scope changes using change-verification processes; log lessons learned.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues during FAT and early production ramp.
• Support cost monitoring: budget vs. actual and recommend adjustments.
• Contribute to process improvements, SOPs and knowledge transfer for deployments.
• Mentor junior team members; promote cross-functional collaboration and skill development.

• On-time project delivery with zero major customer escalations.
• Percentage of projects delivered within agreed budget and scope.
• Timely closure of FAT issues and reduced defect leakage to customer.
• Accurate, up-to-date project reporting and stakeholder satisfaction.
