Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Job Description: Senior Manager – Technology Programmer Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies and large enterprise distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building software using .Net and React as primary technologies, along with experience in enterprise messaging patterns, event-driven applications, and event sourcing. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Data Bricks, APIM, and SharePoint. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career and manage a portfolio of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage small to medium-sized teams while remaining hands-on with coding.
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using .Net and React.
Implement and manage enterprise messaging patterns, event-driven applications, and event sourcing.
Oversee the implementation, deployment, and management of systems in production.
Manage vendor teams.
Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.
Proven experience working on large enterprise distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in .Net and React.
Experience with enterprise messaging patterns, event-driven applications, and event sourcing.
Demonstrated experience in implementing, deploying, and managing systems in production.
Experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage vendor teams and in-house resources effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Data Bricks, APIM, and SharePoint.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within India to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
Proven track record of career growth and aspiration to become a technology leader.
Ability to manage multiple technologies and projects simultaneously.
