Job Description

Who are we?

Whatfix is an AI platform advancing the userization of enterprise applications, empowering companies to maximize the ROI of their digital investments. Technology needs adoption. Its no different for AI. As AI reshapes roles, workflows, and human-machine interactions, it also introduces new layers of complexity and user friction. This is where Whatfix plays a pivotal role. A decade old DNA of empowering people to succeed with technology and not replacing them. We call this philosophy Userization: the belief that technology must adapt to the user, not the other way around.

Your primary responsibility is to drive efficiency, enhance release stability, and provide data-backed technical insights to improve our development velocity and product quality.

  • Own sprint execution hygiene across PODs (capacity planning, spillover tracking, dependency visibility)
  • Track delivery commitments vs actuals and highlight risks early to Engineering leadership
  • Drive release retrospectives and convert learnings into concrete process changes

2. Engineering Data, Metrics, and Quality

  • Define and track engineering health metrics such as: Deployment frequency, Lead time for changes, Defect leakage, Test automation coverage, Release readiness scores
  • Interpret metrics with Engineering Leads and drive corrective actions, not just reporting
  • OKR/KR Tracking: Own the collation, measurement, and reporting of key R&D objectives and results (OKR/KR completion) at the POD level to support variable compensation and performance review cycles.
  • Work with cross functional teams to refine workflows to ensure the right issues are prioritized, tracked, and remediated within defined SLAs.
  • Tooling & Integration: Act as the internal expert for R&D tooling data integrations. Work on integrating API data sources to provide centralized data for product analytics and operational insights.
