Were looking for an Expert Programs Senior Delivery Manager to lead and elevate our architect certification programs with a primary focus on the prestigious

Certified Master Architect (CMA) program.

This is a unique role that blends program delivery, technical depth, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder leadership .

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage ServiceNows Expert Programs (primarily CMA).
• Assess and onboard program candidates.
• Facilitate learning sessions and guide cohorts toward program outcomes.
• Track learner progress and provide behavior-based coaching.
• Recruit and coordinate exam panelists for final board evaluations.
• Review exam results for fairness and consistency.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high engagement, inclusivity, and a world-class learner experience.

What Were Looking For

• 12+ years managing large, complex enterprise programs/projects.
• 5+ years experience across multiple ServiceNow applications .
• 3+ years experience in ServiceNow implementations .
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
• Passion for talent development, learning, and enabling senior professionals.
