Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing projects in a technical/software engineering environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in a data analytics development environment, with supply chain applications, throughout the project life-cycle.
- Experience conveying complex data insights through visualizations and working with customers to maximize insights (Tableau, SQL).
- Experience in delivering software products, and knowledge of project management.
- Ability to develop and implement analytics automation solutions for one or more supply chain verticals, including Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will be solving data analytics problems with applications in Google's data center supply chain. You will work with functional teams across the supply chain (e.g., sourcing, manufacturing, finance, logistics, etc.) to improve data center readiness through data-driven decisions. Our methods range from working on data curation and interactive visualizations Also, you will develop capabilities that enable self-serve analytics in the organization.

- Work with functional supply chain teams across the organization (e.g., Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to understand the data analytics requirements, and develop a solution in an Agile approach. You will own technical aspects of the solution development (e.g., data visualizations, data tables, scripts, etc.).
- Work with functional Point of Contacts and Program Managers (PgMs) to update our customers on completion times, discuss constraints and communicate progress.
- Support/Manage program developing dashboards/ reports, what-if analysis, models, data pipeline management, advance investigative toolkits or decision-support systems to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of Google’s infrastructure.
- Support Cloud Supply Chain and Data Organizations (CSCDs) standard procedures by developing documentation, training and webinars (go/datacafe) to enable self-serve analytics for the supply chain.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to improve the CSCD operational model for delivering data solutions.
