About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to spearhead Product Operations. In this role, you will be a key partner to our product and engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end programs that directly impacts patient outcomes and scales our business as we expand into new markets and serve new customers. You will be responsible for managing and driving the execution of complex, cross-functional
technical programs. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other
stakeholders to groom requirements, plan releases, manage risks, and deliver high-quality
products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale
technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for product
programs, ensuring alignment and clear communication between engineering, product,
clinical operations, and other stakeholders.
Release Management: Plan and conduct release management and product grooming
ceremonies with Operations stakeholders.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop
mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management
processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Acumen: Understand the technical architecture of our products and services
to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years program management experience
5+ years working in the healthcare technology field
Experience working with product and engineering in launching new products
Strong experience working with Jira.
Knowledge of program management best practices and Agile framework.
Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and able to use technical tools
Technical understanding in interpreting architectures and understanding dependencies
between data platform, software and data science.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
