Job Summary

We are seeking Technical Program Managers to support a large-scale migration initiative. The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.
• Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise program updates.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale platform or data migrations.
• Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with crossfunctional global teams.
