About the Role

MSBC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact AI and digital transformation initiatives for global clients. In this role, you will manage complex technology programs, ranging from rapid proof-of-concepts to multi-month transformation projects and ongoing SaaS platform builds. You will work at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders, ensuring that projects are planned, coordinated, and executed successfully.

Based on-site in Ahmedabad, you will also contribute to shaping program management practices as MSBC continues to expand its delivery and PMO capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple client-facing technology projects, including AI implementations, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage projects ranging from rapid proof-of-concepts to multi-month implementations and ongoing platform development.
• Develop delivery plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects remain on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Business Analysts, UI/UX, DevOps, Client Delivery, and Operations.
• Provide technical oversight, reviewing solution approaches and challenging engineering decisions where necessary.
• Conduct weekly client delivery meetings, providing structured updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, managing inter-team dependencies.
• Maintain key project documentation including delivery trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Support project estimation and delivery planning alongside technical and pre-sales teams.
• Contribute to the development of structured program management practices as the organization grows its PMO function.

• Project Management: Jira, Azure DevOps
• Delivery Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, structured delivery models for fixed-scope client projects
• Technology Domains: AI platforms, automation solutions, cloud-based SaaS systems
• Program Governance: Delivery planning, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 57 years of experience managing technology programs or projects within technology consulting or services organizations.
• Proven experience delivering client-facing software or digital transformation projects.
• Technical background with prior experience as a Software Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects with small to mid-sized engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software delivery processes and modern technology environments, including AI, automation, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience running structured client delivery meetings.
• Ability to translate complex technical discussions into clear delivery plans and timelines.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaborating with global clients.
